When you shop at Acier Studio, you automatically accept our terms of sale. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully read all of the terms and conditions below before you start shopping.
Once you have ordered an item, you will receive a confirmation of your order. At this point, a purchase agreement has been made and the amount you have purchased has been reserved in your bank account until the order has been shipped. Once the order has left our warehouse, the money will be withdrawn from your bank account.
PAYMENT
Acier Studio accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts can be made in DKK. (Danish kroner), SEK (Swedish kroner), EUR (Euro9 and are inclusive of VAT.
DISCLAIMER:
We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors in pricing or inventory. While we strive to provide accurate information, we ask for your understanding in the event of inaccuracies. If necessary, orders affected by such errors will be canceled. In the event of delays, backorders, or out-of-stock items, we will endeavor to inform you as soon as possible and what we can do about the matter - e.g., refunding your money or helping you find a similar item.

DELIVERY
Acier Studio strives to have standard products* on the website ready for shipment within 3-5 business days. If the goods are unfortunately not in our stock, we will contact you as soon as possible so that we can agree on a possible later delivery.
Acier Studio offers free delivery to GLS/PostNord parcel shops in DK or GLS home delivery for 59kr. in DK. GLS has a delivery time of 2-4 business days in DK for items up to and including 20kg. Products heavier than 20kg (coffee tables) are sent by courier. We will send you a personal email where we agree on a time for delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace number, which allows you to follow your package. During busy periods, longer delivery times may occur. Acier Studio cannot be held responsible for delays with GLS/PostNord. In the event of very late or missing orders, please contact us at kontakt@acier.dk - we will do everything we can to find a solution.
Other EU countries: Price: 79 DKK for parcel shop. For larger furniture, this is calculated when the delivery address is entered.
Delivery outside the EU: Price varies from country to country. Get a quote for this by contacting us at kontakt@acier.dk
Special orders must either be picked up (free of charge) or sent by courier at the buyer's expense. We will send you a personal email where we will arrange a time for delivery.
*Does not apply to the following furniture: the coffee table Tromsø, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Uppsala. Expected delivery time 4-6 weeks.
RETURN
All standard orders* can be returned within 14 days.
You must send us an email at kontakt@acier.dk , stating your order number and your wish to return. If we do not receive this email, your package will be returned to you, as we cannot receive the package without notice. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
Returns are always at your own expense. You are liable if damage occurs during transport. This means that you bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.
The product must be sent securely in the original packaging and the order number must be provided, for example by attaching a copy of your order confirmation. Packages delivered to a parcel shop or parcel box will not be collected.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. Used items, damaged items or products showing signs of wear and tear will not be accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items are in the same condition as when purchased.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of your purchase, we offer to send a return label via email. We will then credit the shipping cost with your refund of the purchase amount.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly notifying us of this.
*Special orders are not accepted for return.Thisapplies to all orders made on offer and which are not available on the webshop. This applies, for example, to a Skagen shelf of 120cm but where the depth has been changed to 30cm or something else. This is a 1-piece production and thus a special order.
RIGHT OF CANCELATION
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and the goods must be received by us no later than 14 days after the cancellation. The period is calculated from the day you receive the entire order. You must send an email to kontakt@acier.dk and let us know that you want to cancel your purchase.
You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the item by not picking it up/accepting it. Should you cancel your purchase where a free gift is delivered with the order itself, the entire order must be returned.
Once the item(s) have been returned, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within a few days, excluding any shipping costs. Please remember that you bear the risk of the item until we receive it.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
Acier Studio offers a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by mishandling or lack of maintenance.
The product can be returned for repair, exchange or, by agreement, credit, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must file a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/fault. If you file a complaint within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours). Include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and photos of the item. Once we have processed your request, we will send you a replacement item.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs. Contact us before you want to return your product, so that it will be as easy as possible.
REFUND AND REIMBURSEMENT
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your refund. It may take at least 7 days from receipt of the item to process your return. We will generally transfer the amount to the original account, unless otherwise stated. The information can be provided by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
REFUND
If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.
REPLACEMENT
Unfortunately, Acier Studio cannot offer regular exchanges of your item unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong item. If you wish to exchange your item for another, we ask that you place a new order for the item you want instead. You return the original item to us, after which we will process it according to our returns policy.
COPYRIGHT AND COMMERCIAL USE

We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number and email address.
We record and disclose the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.
You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
