If you choose a non-EU country for shipping, all prices are displayed excluding VAT. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees required by your local authorities. Shipping prices will be shown during checkout.
Shipping costs outside the EU vary depending on destination, shipment size, and weight.

We offer the following delivery options within Denmark:
- GLS shop free delivery
- GLS home delivery DKK 29
- GLS business delivery free delivery
GLS deliveries typically take 2–4 business days for parcels weighing up to 20 kg.
Orders containing items weighing more than 20 kg (eg coffee tables, desk) are shipped via freight carrier. In these cases, we will contact you personally by email to arrange a suitable delivery time.
For deliveries within the EU, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout once the delivery address has been entered.
When you place an order with Acier Studio, you automatically accept our terms and conditions. We therefore recommend that you read the information below carefully before completing your purchase.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. At this point, a binding purchase agreement has been made. The order amount will be reserved on your bank account until the order is dispatched. The payment will only be captured once the order has left our warehouse.
We accept payment by VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and PayPal . All payments are processed securely. The amount will only be charged when your order is shipped.
We aim to dispatch standard products listed on our website within 3–5 business days. This does not apply to custom orders, Aarhus desk, or BODØ Magazine shelf length 240cm.
If an item is not in stock at the time of your order due to delay in production, the specific delivery time can be found on the specific product page.
During busy periods, slightly longer processing times may occur.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace number by email, allowing you to follow your shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates. Acier Studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers packages lost by shipping carriers such as GLS or PostNord. In the event of significant delays or a missing shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Special orders must either be collected free of charge or shipped via freight carrier at the buyer's expense. For freight deliveries, we will contact you personally to agree on delivery details and timing.
